This can be a big job, and we recognize that. Consider hosting a dinner with multiple families. New families, consider pairing up with the family of a veteran NRXC family- they'll show you the ropes!

Meet treats are recovery snacks for the runners to eat after they have cooled down. It helps them recover after their hard effort in between their race and next meal. Ideas include: bananas, granola bars, cheese sticks, apples, etc.

We host two meets this year- our usual home meet (10/5) and the sectional meet (10/26). We appreciate volunteers who are willing to work at our concession stand.
